1. Go to the wiki URL, http://sbccalpoly.pbwiki.com, and log in with your email address and the wiki password, SBC2009

2. If you havent already done so, you need to "request access"  from me so that your login will proceed.  This only needs to happen once.

3. Once logged in, go back to the wiki front page, and click the EDIT tab right below "sbccalpoly" at the top.

4. Now you can make any changes you want to the title page and add or edit other pages.

5. To add your pre-discussion comments, I suggest creating another item in the line below "Supplementary Material for Discussion of this book."

6. Drag your mouse across the text that you've written for the title of your item and then click "Insert a link to a new page" in the column on the right side of the front page. That will open a little window allowing you to choose the format of what you add.  The default selections will create a new page with your title after you click OK.

7. At the bottom of the Front Page, click "Save." This will add the link to your new page.

8. Now you're in the View mode on the Front page. Click the link you've created and you'll again be asked to create a new page.  The name of the page will already be filled in. Just click the "Create page" button.  It will take you to the blank page you've created.  Here type or paste your content and then Save. 

9. You're done!

Let me know if you have problems with this process.  Once you've done it, it feels pretty intuitive, but there are a number of junctures at which it can go haywire.
